Bromax® is commonly used to relieve symptoms of allergy, hay fever, and the common cold. These symptoms include rash, watery eyes, itchy eyes/nose/throat/skin, cough, runny nose, and sneezing.

The elderly (60 years of age or older) are more likely to experience adverse reactions. Caution should be taken when prescribing this drug to the elderly.
<12 years old: 0.5 mg/kg/day divided every 6 hours by oral route.
Take the tablet by mouth with or without food or as directed by your doctor, do not chew the tablet. This medication may be taken with food or milk if stomach upset occurs.

In case of an emergency or an overdose, call your local emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room.
If you miss a dose of Bromax®, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take your regular dose as scheduled. Do not take a double dose.
